Draft notice: operator details pending
Omnea is a test vehicle catalog. The legal operator, registered address, country of establishment and privacy contact have not yet been designated. These documents are drafts, not a complete legal notice or a claim of GDPR compliance.
Before a public launch, the operator must complete its identity and contact details, confirm its processing purposes and legal bases, identify service providers and international transfers, and approve retention periods and a working procedure for privacy requests.
Necessary functions and your settings
This version uses first-party browser storage for language, display currency and catalog navigation. There are no enabled analytics, advertising or chat cookies. We do not ask you to accept tracking that is not in use.
Storage strictly necessary to provide a service you request can be exempt from prior cookie consent under applicable ePrivacy rules. Language and currency preferences are used only to provide the selected interface, not to build an advertising profile. National rules and the necessity and duration of each storage item must be reviewed before public launch.
Cookies
NEXT_LOCALE: stores the interface language. English is currently the only available language. The application writes this first-party cookie with a lifetime of up to 365 days and may renew it when you visit or change language.
currency: stores the display currency (USD, EUR, USDT or CHF), with USD as the default. This first-party cookie lasts up to 365 days and is replaced when the selected currency changes. Both preference cookies use the site path / and SameSite=Lax. Browsers can delete them earlier.
Local and session storage
preferredLanguage in localStorage keeps the language preference for client navigation. It has no application-set expiry and remains until overwritten or cleared in your browser. It is not shared with another website by localStorage.
catalog-filter-history:v1:* entries and catalog navigation state use sessionStorage and browser history to restore your chosen filters when navigating back. The application retains this data within the browser tab session; browser session-restoration features may keep it longer.
omnea_settings_notice_v1 in sessionStorage records that you dismissed the settings notice and its document version. It contains no visitor identifier, does not authorize analytics and is limited to the tab session, subject to browser restoration.
Control and deletion
Use the language and currency selectors to change your preferences. Your browser's site-data settings can delete cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage for this domain, or block them. Deletion resets preferences; necessary settings may be recreated on the next visit. If storage is blocked, some settings or navigation state may not persist.
A downloaded PDF or the browser's cache and history are separate from these settings. Remove them using your device or browser controls when no longer needed.
If analytics is introduced
Analytics is not currently available. Before optional tracking is added, this policy and the privacy notice must identify its purposes, providers and lifetimes. Non-exempt analytics must stay blocked until you opt in, with equally accessible accept and reject choices and a way to withdraw consent. Closing today's settings notice will never count as a future analytics opt-in.
